Polylysine
Product Description
CAS No. 25104-18-1
Polylysine is a homopolymer of L-lysine, one of the essential amino acids. It is linked by peptide bonds formed between the αcarboxyl group of one L-lysine and the ε-amino group of another L-lysine, with molecular weight between 4130-5776, usually used as food preservative. It has a wide antimicrobial spectrum, good heat resistance, and wide pH range adaptions and other advantages.
